Cornwall Mining Consultants Website Build

Working alongside LGriff Marketing and designer Jan Thompson, Cornwall Mining Consultants came to us with the challenge of building their new company website and integrated MineScanner^® tool. They required an advanced and highly bespoke website which was capable of communicating with their in-house database of live mining data, via an API.

MineScanner^® allows customers to enter any property address and get an instant result on whether that property requires a Mining Search to be carried out, and if so, what type. The tool allows the user to drag a map pin over the exact location of their property, and then returns a result specific to that precise point (and not just the general area/postcode).

If MineScanner^® recommends a Mining Search for the location, the ordering screens remember the property address and then allow the customer to draw their property boundary onto a map to define the exact area they wish to be searched. Based upon the type of recommended Mining Search, the required turnaround time and the total calculated area of the property boundary, a price is then calculated for the order. Upon paying, the full order details are sent directly through to Cornwall Mining Consultants’ servers.

The website also boasts a number of other features, including an interactive case studies map, animated interactions and multiple service order forms.
